Child care makes a difference.

Child care matters—and not just for parents. When families can’t access care, the whole community suffers. People with kids can’t get to work or school. Employers struggle to keep their workplaces staffed. And everyone feels the economic impact.

Did you know, there’s a major shortage of regulated child care in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties? Growing Care aims to fix this.

Growing Care is a program of Family Connections, the Child Care Resource and Referral agency serving Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties in the state of Oregon. It offers training, technical and financial assistance, systems navigation, and support to help your child care business thrive.

Simply put, Growing Care is here to help you start or grow a successful family child care business of your own.
